On Thursday March 14th, the management of the ELAusanne consortium, of which GESTE Engineering is a member, had the opportunity to visit the site of the future Garage Atelier of the Lausanne tramway. Those present were able to appreciate the progress of work on site. Thanks to Lydie Besson and Roberto Calderone for the guided tour.

The ELAusanne consortium comprises GESTE Engineering, AFRY and Enotrac. As part of this project, the consortium is responsible for studies for the overhead contact line, traction current substations and grounding between Lausanne-Flon and Renens-Gare, including the garage workshop during all SIA 31 to 53 phases (from preliminary design to commissioning). As part of the consortium, GESTE is involved in the overhead contact line and grounding aspects of these installations.
