We are pleased to announce that on 28.03.2023, the SIMIS IS safety system with ILTIS remote control (Siemens Mobility) was successfully commissioned on the Ferrovie Autolinee Regionali Ticinesi SA (FART) line at the Muralto, Galleria, San Martino and Verscio stations (phase 1). Further commissioning is scheduled for the end of 2023 at Camedo and Cavigliano (phase 2). As further replacement work is planned on the last installations, GESTE Engineering remains involved in the front line, from the design phase through to commissioning. A good collaboration with FART and Siemens, and we take this opportunity to thank them.
